Returns policy: We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.

We have created this 7 days returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.

Returns: Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:

(a) we receive the returned product within 7 days following the date of delivery of the product;

(b) the returned product is unused, in its original unopened packaging, with any seal or shrink-wrap intact, with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new;

If the product has arrived at your house damaged please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the items.

Returns procedure: In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, you must contact us with details of the product, your email, and the reason why you'd like to return your item. Refunds: We will give you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us.

Improper returns: Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):

Eco-policy: We care about the environment, that's why sometimes we reuse boxes to post your items. They are a clean, once used box, it is only the outer box that holds the items and all your items will arrive brand new, unopened and inside its original packaging inside this reused box. This not only helps the environment but also saves money in packaging and this saving is passed to you, this means you pay cheaper delivery cost and together we help the environment. Privacy:  We do not require a login to buy in our shop, the user simply add the Brazilian food he/she wish to buy and the user is transferred to Ideal website to effectuate the payment therefore we do not keep hold of your financial details such as credit card number or bank account. Ideal is responsible for making the payment, it is a safe way of doing online transactions used by most on-line stores including E-bay, they have been helping websites to take payment for several years and are highly respected and regarded as the safest way to buy on the internet. The only details we keep are your delivery address, name, e-mail, phone number (if you supplied one) and your order details. We do not keep any extra information on our users such as credit card or bank account number. All the information we keep is not shared with another third party.

Product Availability: Our products are of high standard, complying with all public regulations regarding quality, best before dates etc. Due to uncertainty of supply for some items from Brazil, something we are unable to get hold of some of your items. In the situation that any product ordered is sold out we will supply a SIMILAR substitute by other brand with the same or superior quantity, we will do our best to advise you of such situation before your item is posted in order to give you time to decide if you accept the substitute or not, however during exceptional busy times we might not be able to do so. Therefore you might receive a similar product to the one ordered. If any product is unavailable we will despatch the remaining items of your order that we have in stock immediately and inform you by E-mail. We will charge you only for the products that we sent. Please ensure you give us the correct e-mail address as we are unable to contact you otherwise.
